Die So Fluid will headline a short tour of Japan in May 2009. The trip will last 10 days in which they will headline 5 live dates with Japanese trio Veronica’s Velvet in support as well as on other as yet unnamed local support. The trip will also include press, radio and TV and perhaps another live date.

The Rules
To enter you need to go to the Die So Fluid Myspace and leave a comment with a photo of yourself either...
a) ...holding a DSF CD and looking sincere
b) ...holding a ticket (or something that looks like a ticket) for any of the upcoming DSF shows in the USA. If you're not American, then a vague promise to turn up to a DSF show anywhere, anytime will do.

Sep 25 2008 Album release for Germany, Austria & Switzerland
Yes the 6 legged groove machine that is Die So Fluid continues to have those hot
platters released in all parts, that are not Britain. Yes we are at long last releasing
in countries where the word fart is not in the least humorous. The birth place of
Albert von Saxe Coburg beloved consort of our late 
majesty Queen Victoria, or Viki
as that ribald little prince would call her. Yes Germany, and of course Austria and
Switzerland.
With very little in the way of cash bribes, references to 1966 or other unfortunate misunderstandings, Die so Fluid will have all their recorded works, or discs to all you hep cats who are down with the kids, released in Germany, Austria & Switzerland starting with that forces favourite 'Not Everybody gets a Happy ending' (and not a trace of Irony on my shirt front folks),as of November this year, as will the yet to be recorded (working title, the new album) new album in the early spring of 2009.
Die so fluid are in short and without further ado delighted to have their music, in all formats licensed to the wonderful folks at Tiefdruckmusik distributed by Universal Music Germany.

Sep 16 2008 A short time ago...CHARTS
A short time ago in a galaxy not so far away it used to be quite easy for a guy to
tell how many records he'd sold. I'd get a call from John at the warehouse going
"Ay up lad canst thee bring a box of fresh compact discs t'factory". So I'd cycle
down there on my pimped bread delivery bicycle (it holds 150 CDs in the basket and
has all flames up it and shit) and on that basis I would know the next time John
called I had sold 150 records. It was these finely tuned logistics that enabled the
band to climb the HMV metal chart to 21in the first months of 'Not Everybody Gets
A Happy Ending's' release. But how things have changed since 'Spawn of Dysfunction'
way back in 2004. We're popping up in charts all over the place without me having
to make a single bike delivery thanks to digital downloads. Good thing too as I calculate
a fully laden bike ride to Canada would take enough time for me to whistle the largo
section of Dvorak's New World Symphony 9,356 times. The thought of it makes me lips
dry up so I'll have another gulp of coffee before I continue -
Anyway this is how it's been going. Starting in the U.K. May-
Then the aforementioned Canadian incident July 30th Amazon Canada NEGAHE enters at 45 in Hot new best seller chart.
Then south of the border it was 'Support your cool English band day' ( happens every year on Aug 2nd ) so Amazon USA reported that downloads of 'Spawn Of Dysfunction' Jumped Over 100.000 places to No. 4002 Overall music (out of 500.000 listed).
Bouncing back home I had to put on my yellow jersey and hot foot it down to Amazon
so they could fulfill their orders -
I'm still gleaning information from the very promising reports from the plethora of radio, retail and download charts that now exist around the world. It looks especially good in Japan and Australia. The thing is I don't know how many records this all adds up to so the only conclusion I can draw, when I couple these charts with excellent press reviews, radio plays and steady action in the USA &.(amongst others) Belgium, Norway, Finland, Mexico and Brazil, is that there is a burgeoning following and some real anticipation for the band around the globe. We will not disappoint as we endeavour to play everywhere an album is sold (apart from Barnsley). Cheers.

May 12 2008 Aeon Festival, Devon England, cancelled
DSF were scheduled to headline the festival on August 23rd 2008 on Ullacombe Farm,
Dartmoor, Devon, England, but the festival has been cancelled. Therefore the warm
up gig the night before at Grampian in Corby, has also been cancelled. DFS apologise
to those who were hoping to see us in the South West during the summer.

THE ORGANISERS “Unfortunately we have not been granted our licence this year due
to strong opposition from local residents in the area. we had to have a hearing yesterday
and it was decided that a 'rock' festival of this nature would bring chaos, violence,
traffic problems, litter, vandalism, drunkenness, drug abuse, severe public disorder
and damage to property when it spills into the countryside and that we had no way
of controlling the event if 10,000 people turned up. letters had gone round to residents
stating the event would lower property prices in the area. we are of course devastated
by this result and have an unblemished record with the local authorities. it seems
that the 'action against aeon' group won this time.”

Die So Fluid, Parole Records & Parole Management are extremely pleased to announce that Die So Fluid's recorded works will be available throughout the United States & Canada on Renaissance Records, via Koch Entertainment Distribution USA. The deal also will see Die So Fluids CDs released and distributed in. Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru & Uruguay.
The agreement finalized late last week, ensures that the bands current critically acclaimed 'Not everybody gets a happy ending' CD will be released across the USA & Canada on May 27^th 2008. With the bands debut album 'Spawn of Dysfunction' hitting US stores in the fall of 2008.
The band will be in Phoenix AZ. to shoot a new video during the last week of April
2008, and will undertake various PR & promotion duties, as well as playing 2 showcase
gigs within that 7 day period. The band will return for a longer road trip in June-
